Based on the needs and orders of the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries, which contain the technical information required for designing safety valves and pressure reducers, the customer's proposal will be sent to the engineering unit after preliminary checks and feasibility tests in order to prepare technical proposal instruction for the case.

The Engineering unit uses basic process information including fluid type, system critical pressure, system critical temperature ,working pressure range, etc. Then at first, they will assign the size and the type of the safety valve based on the relevant standards (ASME SEC l, ASME SEC Vill, API 520, API 521, API 526, API 527, API 2000, ASME 816.5, ASME 816.34, ICS-IN-302, IPS), and other international standards and the Correction coefficients which have been obtained experimentally and analytically.

After that, the maximum working capacity will be assigned by the use of the company's exclusive sizing software.

In the next step, the primary design will be created according to the confirmed documents and by the use of modeling software such as Solidworks, Catia, Autocad, and experts' experiments. In the next step, the necessary calculations are made in order to match and modify the design with the required technical specifications along with CFD analysis and stress analysis using Finite Element and Finite Difference methods done with the aid ofAnsys and Abaqus analysis softwares.

In the meantime, the use of auxiliary software such as Key to Steel, Pipe Data are used to comply with conventional standards and input the information in a codified and formulated by OFFICE software helps to speed up the design process. Since the spring is an important part of the most valves, designing and testing relevant springs based on ISO ASME VIM-UG 136 and DIN 17222, 4126-7 according to the Advanced spring Design Software and paying attention to the previous experimental corrections will be applied.

In the final stage, the desired design in terms of compliance with the customer's requirements and compliance with the standards, as well as the production process (production feasibility with the present machines and tools and accessibility of materials and economic efficiency) will be checked and in the case of final submission, cast and forged models will be 3D printed by the use of Cura and Mankati software. In the next step, the production process will go on based on producing unit standards in the presence of quality Assurance units. The quality steps of the work start with providing the certificates required by the contract and getting the approval of the list of suppliers.

Then according to the Internal Quality Plan and Test & Inspection Plan, an agreement with the employer will be documented which includes the arrival of raw materials, manufacturing and testing operations in the presence of the quality control inspectors of FaravarAzin Felez Processing Company and the employer's representatives.

In this matter Acrodite laboratories with ISO 17025 are also used.
